Patroller Requirements:

* Maintain current First Aid certification
* Attend a patroller training session, covering the materials in your manual
* Pass the NMBP on-line test at the IMBA web site
* Pay an annual fee, which includes an IMBA membership and patroller
kit. The patroller kit includes the items and discounts listed here.


Ambassador Requirements:

* Ambassador program requirements are the same as the patroller
requirements, without the First Aid certification.
* The fee is $35, only $5 more than a basic IMBA membership.
* The patroller kit includes the items and discounts at the above page. A
few are removed from the patroller list.

Additional Requirements:

* Although there are no monitored time requirements, it is expected that
you do a patrol ride at least twice a month, as well as participate in at
least one special event or program.
* When patrolling, you must be identifiable, with a jersey, clearly visible
patch, or bike plate. People need to see you!
